3-2-1 Electrical Package
For units up to 200 sq. ft. Includes a 20a 120v circuit, 3 receptacles (1 on each wall), 2 lights on separate switches, a 20a-rated disconnect switch with an exterior hardwire connection, plus 1 external male plug.
Electrical Package #2
For sheds up to 728 sq. ft. Includes 8 indoor receptacles (2 on each wall), 4 interior lights on separate switches, 1 exterior light on a switch, and a 100a indoor panel with a hardwire connection.
Garage Package
Garage Package
Our prefab garages give you vehicle, workshop, or gear storage with just a few hours of on-site setup. Includes a house-quality garage door (not the lower-quality roll-up doors other companies offer), one half-glass man door, one 3×4 vinyl window, garage-door-opener ready (or we install it for you), 2×6 floor joists 12″ on center, a 3/4″ LP Legacy tongue-and-groove sub-floor with moisture-resistant technology, and taller side walls — 89″ studs on utility garages, 78″ on lofted barns. Plenty of options available, including door colors and glass inserts.

Front Porch Package
4 ft treated porch with 5/4 treated decking, two treated 4×4 posts, two 24″×36″ windows, and a 9-lite door with keyed lock (in addition to standard double doors), plus a loft above the door. 7′ walls; 8′ walls available on utility sheds.
Side Porch Package
4×8 side porch with 5/4 treated decking, one treated 4×4 post, two 24″×36″ windows, and a 9-lite door with keyed lock (in addition to standard double doors), plus a loft above the door. 7′ walls; 8′ walls available on utility sheds.
Deluxe Porch Package
Treated wood porch with four treated 4×4 posts, three rail sections, three 24×36 windows, and a 9-lite door with keyed lock (in addition to standard double doors). Vaulted porch available on lofted barns only.
Vaulted Porch Package
Four- or six-foot treated wood porch with four 6×6 posts, front 6×6 braces, sunburst vault posts, two 2×3 single-pane windows with Z-shutters, and a 9-lite door with keyed lock (in addition to standard double doors).
