Given the customized nature of our sheds, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each building is crafted for your specific needs, so it can't be resold as new.

If you believe your shed has a defect covered under our warranty program within the applicable warranty period, we'll work with you to inspect the shed and determine the best solution — which may include repairing or replacing any defective components.
