Use of the Site
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use.
Product photos, descriptions, and pricing are provided for convenience and may change without notice. In-stock availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Prices, taxes, and delivery fees are calculated at checkout and confirmed on your order or rental agreement.
Cash purchases are processed through our payment provider. Rent-to-own agreements are provided through our financing partner and are governed by the separate agreement you sign.
Delivery & Custom Buildings
Delivery is arranged to a suitable, accessible location and priced by driving distance from the serving store. Many buildings are custom, built-to-order structures; returns and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy and your signed agreement.
Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Buildings are covered as described in our Warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Structures is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products, and the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated.
